Overview: Reporting, data analysis, quality assurance, SaaS payroll and HR systems implementation and optimization.

Overview: POE Partners use our methods and services to be independent HR and talent management consultants – in business for themselves, but not by themselves.
Requirements: Prior industry leadership experience, C-level presence, entrepreneurial spirit, relentless drive to succeed, willingness to serve others

Senior HR/Payroll/Benefits Business Partner (Generalist)
Location: Various, On-going Opportunities
Overview: Multiple opportunities with client organizations in various industries. Let us find your next opportunity; no one can sell your value better than we can!
Requirements: PHR, SPHR, CPP, CEBS preferred

Sales Professionals
Sales Professionals must have a proven track record of success in high level sales, dealing primarily with executives and decision makers. We prefer experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly with organizational development, payroll processing, and employee benefits. However, we will consider those with experience in other areas involving business to business sales of professional services.

Candidates must be highly skilled in the science and art of communicating with decision makers, business networking, appointment setting, delivering sales presentations, and closing the deal.

Compensation includes attractive base plus commissions, auto and cell phone allowance. Benefits are available after successful completion of 90 day probationary period.
This is a direct hire opportunity.
